Ferro Mon Sensor
Ferro Mon sensor (Ferrous Debris sensor) causes magnetic flux change when magnetic particles (typically Fe, Ni) are collected in the sensor header. This sensor detects and evaluates abnormal wear condition of rotating machine by outputting the amount of magnetic material as “Fe saturation%” value in real time.

This sensor collects Fe magnetic material in lubricating oil and detects damage of lubrication components (eg, ball bearings, gears, engine cylinders, etc.) containing Fe as a main component.
The sensor outputs “Fe Saturation%” value in real time, which is displayed as 0% immediately after installationand increases as the amount of iron trapped on the iron sensor header increases as the operation time elapses,and the maximum value is
“100%”. ”Is displayed.
The user can set the iron content when the maximum Fe saturation value is 100%, the maximum iron content is 1200mg and within this range, the user can display the iron content when the Fe saturation value is 100%.
The Ferro Mon sensor consists of two main components.One sensor header and the other control box. For normal operation, the user needs one control box per sensor header.
